TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY
He helps runners and athletes of NYC not only recover from their injury but understand how to train in a way that support long-term sustainable performance. His approach is built on a simple principle: education is the single most powerful intervention. He doesn’t just treat the injury; he looks at the whole picture of how you train, how you recover and how your body is adapting to solve the real problem. He also believes that rehab and training are the same; if you are not being challenged in your recovery you will not achieve the best results and have a longer road to recovery.
