PERSONAL STORY
With a background in chemical engineering and computer science, I initially set out on a more traditional corporate path. Along the way, I realized that environment didn’t align with what I was looking for at the time. Drawn to something more dynamic and hands-on, I chose to pursue my personal interest in powerlifting, exercise and fitness.
That shift led me to physical therapy, where I could combine problem-solving with movement, performance, and direct patient care. I’m especially interested in helping people understand their bodies, build strength, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
My latest passion project is working on speed training, where I specialize in the 60m, 100m and 200m.
TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY
My treatment philosophy centers on an exercise-forward approach, grounded in current evidence and tailored to each individual. While exercise is a key driver of long-term progress, I also incorporate hands-on techniques when appropriate to support mobility, reduce discomfort, and help patients move more efficiently.
I focus on identifying underlying compensations and weaknesses, then building personalized programs that address those factors directly. As each patient progresses, I continuously adapt the plan to reflect their response to treatment, ensuring care remains effective, relevant, and aligned with their goals.
